How Enquant collects, uses, and protects personal data.

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Enquant GmbH, Niederdorfstraße 3, 4063 Hörsching, Austria, registered with Landesgericht Linz under FN 683647p. For all privacy inquiries, contact contact@enquant.tech.
Website visitors: technical data generated when you access our site — IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, and access timestamps — processed in server logs to ensure stability and security.
Prospects and contacts: data you provide through the contact form or when booking a POC, such as name, business email address, company, preferred meeting times, and the content of your message.
Customers: account data of platform users (name, business email address, role) and the operational planning data provided for the POC or live operation. Planning data is primarily business data but may incidentally contain personal data, such as employee names in shift or task plans.
We process personal data to respond to inquiries and take pre-contractual steps (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR), to perform contracts with customers (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR), to operate, secure, and improve our website and platform on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR), to comply with statutory retention and documentation duties (Art 6(1)(c) GDPR), and — where required — on the basis of your consent (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use carefully selected service providers to operate our website and platform, covering cloud hosting and infrastructure, database hosting, error monitoring, log management, product analytics, and transactional email. With every provider that processes personal data on our behalf, we have concluded a data processing agreement in accordance with Art 28 GDPR.
We host in the EU by default. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. A current list of sub-processors is available on request via contact@enquant.tech.
We store inquiry data for up to twelve months after the last contact unless an engagement follows. Contract and billing data is retained for the statutory periods (in particular seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO). POC working data is deleted or returned within thirty days after the POC ends unless the engagement continues. Operational data from live use is retained for the duration of the contract and the agreed export period thereafter.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Our website uses technically necessary cookies, for example to store your language preference. We use analytics in a data-minimizing way: without your consent, usage data is collected anonymously and without cookies, based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR); with your consent (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR), we set an analytics cookie that recognizes returning visits.
